During this retreat I am dedicated to empowering ambitious women to connect, collaborate, and engage in meaningful discussions about their brilliant ideas. I will bring together women from every background and every industry who are passionate about networking and supporting each other.
I was inspired to start having honest conversations about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship after witnessing countless women hold back from pursuing their dreams due to fear and self-doubt. I want to show women that they don't need to have everything figured out to take that first step toward their own business. Let's get real and empower women to chase their entrepreneurial goals, no matter where they are on their journey.
From there, I decided to launch Boss·n·is·ta Netowrking Retreat, where annual events and limitless possibilities for growth were born because, in this community, we know that success is not meant to be achieved alone.
